I haven’t spent a lot of time in Freo, but the place has a wonderfully chilled out, alternative vibe. Even on short explorations there are delights and treasures in the most unexpected places.

One of the most spectacular parts of Fremantle is undoubtedly the port, with its row of harbour-side institutions including the Little Creatures Brewery, Joe’s Fish Shack and Cicerello’s.
